Business Transformation: Manufacturing
Led the change management, training, and production support efforts for a $3 Billion Manufacturing company’s SAP (order to cash) implementation.
This required significant change management given the tenure of the organization and its resistance to change. Training was delivered in several locations across the United States for sales, customer service, shipping, manufacturing, and finance operations and included focus on new processes, roles, governance, systems, and tools. Managed both internal and consultant teams on this project. In addition, led the development and implementation of a production support strategy and team to support end users post implementation.
Minimal disruption to workflow post implementation given that users of the system were appropriately prepared and supported. Featured workshop presenter at one of the American SAP User Group conventions to discuss the training team’s approach to building/leveraging technology based training and business simulation in support of its SAP implementation.
