Sales Transformation: Healthcare
Led the creation and implementation of change management and training for a $12 Billion Healthcare company’s new Client Renewal and Growth strategies.
Training needed to be delivered to over 1100 people in Sales, 170 in Marketing & Product Management, and 300 in Underwriting.
Training was delivered within 3 weeks in key locations across the country via “Train-the-trainer” methodology which leveraged leadership from each discipline, key sales executives and underwriters, and regional trainers. Training was cross functional to promote critical collaboration and proper hand-offs and focused on new processes, responsibilities, systems, tools and governance and included post implementation support and reinforcement. Entire training project was completed successfully in 3 months.
